Traveling with the 7th Grade!

Hello!  I'm going to tell you about when I went to Germany. It was really cool, but it was a long time ago. I went there in 2016, but I really want to go there again because most of my family lives there, and my favorite cousin also went to a city in Dresden. We stayed in Berlin for a while. Everything there is very cheap and they have a lot of good food. Also, when I went there, it was snowing so I could see the snow.

 It is true that typical Dutch food is not at the top of the list of the most sophisticated cuisine in the world. However, some dishes are very interesting and worth trying! If you are thinking of including a gastronomic itinerary in a trip through Europe, countries like France, Italy, Portugal and Spain will probably be strong candidates for it. While Holland will possibly be remembered for other reasons: the flowery parks, the windmills, the clogs… And if we go to the side of the senses (or sensations), a certain plant will be the highlight of the trip. But Holland is much more than the land of tulips or coffee shops. And taking a tour of its gastronomy and tasting typical dishes of its cuisine can be a pleasant and surprising experience f rom the most harmless and unusual dishes to those that will require a little more “determination” to try.  Barbados is an island in Eastern Caribbean. Officially, the national dishes of Barbados are Cou-cou and Flying Fish, which consists of cornmeal beans and fresh okra, along with tasty flying fish stewed with delicious fresh onions, garlic, thyme, tomato and pepper. In Barbados, there are many things to do, like a night tour guided by a submarine, a cave tour, Catamaran tour with snorkeling and lunch and many other things.

Hi, friends!! How are you guys? I am fine. Today, I will talk about my perfect trip (or almost perfect). First, I went to Paris (France) and then to Switzerland. In Paris, I think we had a break in our expectations, because it's the "city of light", it's romantic and everything else. But when we got there, we saw that it's not really that. The Louvre is a good museum to visit, the Arc de Triomphe is beautiful, but the most "important", the Eiffel Tower, is not so beautiful. It is not as huge as we imagine and it is lifeless and gray, so I don't really recommend going to Paris. At night, the tower really looks as expected but spending a fortune to enjoy it only at night is not worth it. Besides, people are not friendly, but they think they are. Talking about Switzerland, I really loved it. It's everything there is and more. Everyone is friendly and you don't need to know German to get around there. In 2018, my mother and my sister went to Orlando. I was very young but I went along with my sister, because her gift was to travel there. We traveled by plane and the trip was unforgettable, but tiring. We got there and we had to make the most of it because we only had 10 days. It seemed a lot, but it went by quickly. We stayed in a hotel. We left in the morning and we only went back to the hotel at night.  We visited Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Busch Gardens. It was all very magical and surreal. Of all the parks, the ones I liked the most were the Magic Kingdom and the Universal Studios, because both of them looked like you were in a Disney movie. I hope to live other of these adventures.

 One of the places I really want to visit is Florida, located in the Southeast region of the United States. There are many beautiful places to visit in Florida like Walt Disney World, located in Orlando, Universal Studios, Miami Beach. The main attractions, for me, would be The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. There is also the famous ice cream, which is served in a can shaped like Mickey's pants. Ocean Drive is one of the hottest avenues in Miami Beach and represents all the frenzy of South Beach, the hottest neighborhood in the city. There are also many other places that look wonderful and are located in Florida.

SIGHTS IN CAIRO Cairo is an amazing place with many interesting sights and a beautiful culture. Egypt has great historical fame. When we think of Egypt, the pyramids are the first thing that comes to mind, so check out some sights in Cairo, the capital of Egypt. I want Cuba to really show what it's like there, since it's not a bad country. People should not see the bad side, but the good side of Cuba. Some reasons to travel to Cuba: • Contrary to what many people think, Cuba is INDEED a safe place. Its security is 100%. Of course, there is also danger in Cuba, but it is very low. • Cuba's education is seen as a priority since 1959. It has a great educational system and qualified teachers. Cuba is also the country that invests the most in education, with 13% of the national budget destined to it. Cuba is one of the countries with the lowest number of illiteracy, with 99.8% of people literate. This is the interference of the Cuban revolution. So yes, Cuba is a good place to travel to and to live.

Why choose Florence? Visiting Florence is one of the coolest experiences in Italy. A city that breathes art through its streets, a lot of history in its buildings and friendly spaces. Not to mention the cuisine that also stands out! I recommend at least 3 days to fully enjoy all the attractions in Florence. I have an aunt called Luiza, who lives in Canada, and it's been like two years since she went there, at the time of covid. At the end of 2022, during my summer vacation, I went there and it was winter time there. It was snowing and I went sledding ans skiing. I also tried to make a snowman but it turned out horrible. I saw squirrels and they are really beautiful. Besides, there are a lot of people who come from Brazil, thus there are Brazilian shows, so we don't miss it here. There are very nice people there and all the work is very respectable, especially the agricultural work. My parents are thinking of moving there because I liked it a lot. I went there more to adapt. The people there are super respectful with Brazilians and very safe because in the houses there are no external walls. It's pretty much just the house and the backyard. It's a first world country, so it's very good for living.

The city that I most want to go to is Dubai. There are wonderful landscapes, with beautiful and modern buildings and   beaches with blue water. Dubai is in a country called United Arab Emirates with a population of 3 3.331 million inhabitants.

My dream has always been to visit Paris in France I am curious about the culture, food and clothes. Well, the most famous touristic spots that I would recommend are the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum and Notre-Dame Cathedral. But I want to know more about the museum and the cathedral, because as many people know, the museum has a painting of the Mona Lisa. Also, I would really like to try the bread, croissants and other foods. Other sights I've heard about are the Seine River and the Bridge of Lovers. I know most of them because of a friend of mine who once was there.

On my last vacation I was at Eurodisney with my brother and my mother and it was the best vacation of my life.  We ate lots of snacks, had lots of ice cream and had a lot of fun. We went on many rides and got to know many new stories. At night, we stayed at the hotel where there was a very large pool. It was five days of great fun! If I could I would go ther on every vacation.

I would love to visit Paris, as it is considered one of the most romantic cities in the world, and there is the Eiffel Tower, which was one of the 21 finalists for the title of Seven Wonders of the Modern World, but unfortunately it did not take the title.
